Window To Imagination is proud of its long-standing commitment to privacy.  This document demonstrates our commitment to respecting your privacy and details our information gathering and dissemination practices.

We will never sell, exchange, or release any of your individual personal information to a third party for any reason or purpose.

Registering Your Profile

While using this web site, you are asked to set up your personal profile.  This information is required to set up and manage your account and to ensure accuracy of payment and shipping details.

Your ability to make additional purchases will be simplified and you can update (or remove) all or any part of your profile at any time.

We also periodically send newsletters or special promotions.   All other information is used to enhance your subsequent visits and tailor promotional e-Mail messages and newsletters.

Security

We take every precaution to protect your information.  When you submit sensitive information, we protect it both online and offline.

When our registration or order form asks you to enter sensitive information, that information is encrypted and protected with secure encryption software, known as a Secure Socket Layer. (SSL)  While on any secure web page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of web browsers - including Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer - becomes locked.  The "lock" icon ensures you are now using encryption technology that keeps your transmission of data secure. When you resume 'surfing,' the lock icon unlocks or opens.  (Some Mac browsers do not support the use of the "lock" icon, but the same encryption process takes place)

While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also help protect your information offline. All your information - not only the sensitive information mentioned above - is restricted within our offices.  Only employees performing a specific task such as billing or customer service can gain access to personal information.  Our employees use password-protected computer programs and applications.  When they leave their desks, they must re-enter a password to re-gain access to your information.

We send new members a welcoming eMail to verify their passwords and user names.  Established members occasionally receive a newsletter and information on products, services, special offers and updates to the service.
